• Design Presentation & Refinement: A second in-person meeting to formally present the finalized design and review your included round of revisions. Additional design revisions are available at a rate of $250 per round.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

• Depending on the size and scope of project, we may be able to prep, install plants and retrofit irrigation. For larger scale projects, we provided a referral to outsource the labor.

• Contractor Liaison & Support: Hands-on guidance on what to include when obtaining your landscaping labor quotes and continued support throughout the installation process.

• Specialized Plant Sourcing: We personally source all plants to guarantee the exact species and quality specified in the design. This includes traveling to specialty nurseries to procure any unique or hard-to-find specimens.

• Installation Blueprinting: We come on-site to mark out all pathways and hardscaping locations to prepare the area for your hardscaping team, ensuring accurate installation from day one.

• Final Plant Plotting & Layout: After delivery, we meticulously place and plot every single plant according to the design's dimensions. This crucial step ensures your installation team plants everything correctly for the perfect final result.

Isaac is available in-person for LA and OC counties. Virtual consultation via Facetime available for beyond, to provide personal design recommendations, ideas and tips for your yard or for interior plants within your home.

Within 48 hours after the call we provide a pdf with plant and tree recommendations with their overall full growth sizes so you can decide where to place them.

• Design Presentation & Review Session: A second in-person meeting to present the complete design concept and thoroughly review your included round of revisions to ensure final approval.

• Styling Session: Once your new items have been delivered and assembled, I will return for a two-hour session to confirm the final floor plan, style all surfaces (e.g., shelving, coffee tables, consoles), and apply the final designer touch for a magazine-worthy reveal.

• Optional Sourcing Support: For last-minute accessories and decor, you may opt for an in-person shopping trip with me at an hourly rate of $75 (invoiced separately).

Emilie Is available for in-person consultations in LA and OC counties, but for clients beyond this area, we offer personalized FaceTime sessions.
We will have you fill out a questionnaire and photos of the space ahead of your call so we can make the most of our time.  During this call, we provide immediate, actionable design recommendations, styling ideas, and how to reconfigure or utilize pieces you already have to create a natural flow and meet your functional needs. Within 48 hours of the call, you will receive a comprehensive shopping list with links to products for the room.

We offer full-service Interior Plantscaping to enhance the beauty and well-being of your office or public space. Our process begins with a detailed site analysis to strategically place and install plants where they can maximize natural air filtration and aesthetic impact. We custom-design and install unique, high-quality planters that perfectly complement your interior design.

To guarantee the longevity of your investment, we provide scheduled weekly maintenance, handling all watering, trimming, fertilizing, and dusting, to ensure all plants remain vibrant, healthy, and pristine year-round.

Our services include precision pruning, deadheading, and attentive planter cleaning including weeding. If necessary, we will replace dead plants to maintain the integrity of your design. We use quiet electric tools and use a shop vac for cleanup in lieu of a blower ensuring a cleaner environment and minimal noise disruption.

Landscape Maintenance is $50 hourly and can be scheduled weekly, monthly, quarterly or on-call.
