DESIGN & SOURCING

• Complimentary Initial Consultation: A no-obligation, in-person meeting to conduct a thorough discovery of your vision, functional needs, and the complete scope of the desired outdoor transformation.

• Rendered Digital Design Plan: A detailed, scaled floor plan that visually represents the final design, including precise plant sizes, color schemes, and the overall aesthetic.

• To-Scale Drawing & Plant Key:

• Recommendations: Expert suggestions for key design elements such as ground cover, pathways, hardscaping, irrigation systems, landscape lighting, and water features.

• Design Presentation & Refinement: A second in-person meeting to formally present the finalized design and review your included round of revisions. Additional design revisions are available for an additional fee.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

• Depending on the size and scope of project, we may be able to prep, install plants and retrofit irrigation. For larger scale projects, we provided a referral to outsource the labor.

• Contractor Liaison & Support: Hands-on guidance on what to include when obtaining your landscaping labor quotes and continued support throughout the installation process.

• Specialized Plant Sourcing: We personally source all plants to guarantee the exact species and quality specified in the design. This includes traveling to specialty nurseries to procure any unique or hard-to-find specimens.

• Installation Blueprinting: We come on-site to mark out all pathways and hardscaping locations to prepare the area for your hardscaping team, ensuring accurate installation from day one.

Our landscape maintenance services are exclusively offered to previous landscape design clients to preserve and protect the integrity of your customized outdoor space.

We provide detailed, attentive care—from precision pruning and deadheading to thorough planter cleaning and weed management. If any plant health issues arise, we also manage plant replacements to keep your landscape looking its best year-round. Services are available at a flexible hourly rate to fit your schedule.
